RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

I AM Apparel strives for TOTAL customer satisfaction.

If you are uncertain about your size please consult our size chart.

I AM Apparel Return/Exchange Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL- REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED

We will gladly exchange your garment for another size or style if we have it in stock.
Exchange Guidelines:

Prior to returning your garment you must email your order number, reason for exchange and the item/size you would like in return to;

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10-DAYS.

ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

LAUNDERED, WORN OR SOILED GARMENTS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECIEPT VIA UPS GROUND.

Please ship by UPS or FedEx.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final.

However, we will exchange your garment for a different size of style within 10-days of receipt of your order. You will not be charged for shipping on the first exchange, however, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.

I AM Apparel reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who in our opinion make unreasonable and excessive exchange requests.
